Deokcheon Village (Folk Village)

Chunghyo Village has traces and atmosphere of 600 years history. 

Deokcheon Village, both hometown and a gathering village of Cheongsong Sim Clan is a lotus village surrounded by mountain and water. The village has Songso Historic House of wealthy Sim Clan with 99 rooms and Soryujeong House which were selected as important cultural heritage, has Gunhyangto(Folk) Cultural Heritage, and is operated as premium historic house or Hanok-stay. 

It is selected as one of the 20 tourist sites of Farming and Fishing, and International Slow City. There are a lot to experience, such as riding bicycle around the village, walking along the Dulle-gil trail, visiting Wondumak(a lookout shed), trying natural dyeing and more.
